What is an eSIM, and how does it differ from a traditional SIM card?

When should I set up my eSIM?

You can wait until you arrive at your destination activate your eSIM. You will need a Wi-Fi connection to install the eSIM.

We find it is best to install the eSIM before you travel & then activate when you land!

What happens if I use up my data?

That's fine, just repurchase your eSIM! If you click "LOGIN" at the top of this page or via the email you received with your eSIM, you will be able to create an account in our customer portal & "recharge" your eSIM.

Can I use multiple plans or carriers on 1 device?
